Service and Support Overview
Our local branch not only provides technical service, but handles service calls, record keeping and dispatching of service technicians.
Our toll-free number, 1-866-937-0008,
is the only number you need to call for service. Regardless
of whether you have an equipment or a line failure, we
will determine the nature of the failure and ensure that
the situation is corrected. Service is available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Qualified
technicians and/or engineers will respond within two
(2) hours for major interruptions of service and within
twenty-four (24) hours for minor repairs. All new systems
include a twelve- (12) month, Full Service Warranty.
TAC Centre will also make changes to equipment (additions
and deletions) and move equipment as requested by the
customer . We are a one-point-of-contact Telecommunications
company.
Warranty/Maintenance
The telephone
system and or network equipment components described
in this proposal are fully warranted (parts and labor)
for one (1) year from the date of cutover. At the end
of the warranty, we offer optional maintenance contracts.
Our customers may establish a maintenance agreement at
any time. The maintenance agreement is payable on an
annual
or
quarterly basis, and includes all parts and labor. Maintenance
agreement rates are based on the number of telephones,
lines and any additional equipment. You can also purchase
additional services on a time and materials basis.
