TAC CENTRE NAMED A FULLY-AUTHORIZED NORTEL NETWORKS PREMIUM ADVANTAGE PARTNER

TAC Centre, Inc., a top international
telecommunications company, announced today an agreement
with Nortel Networks, to designate TAC Centre as a Nortel
Networks Premium Advantage Partner.
“Nortel Networks recently announced its Partner
Certification Program. Our participation in the program
provides us with better access to Nortel Engineering
Resources (enhanced Tier II support) and entry to a broader
range of the Nortel Product Portfolio,” reports
Mike Judge, Executive Vice President of TAC Centre. “Our
customer community can now be assured that we meet, and
in some cases exceed, the manufacturer’s designated
criteria for the number and level of certifications.”
Nortel requires a Premium Advantage Partner, like TAC
Centre, to pass all certification tests for Field Service
personnel. In addition, these certifications must be
at a higher level for each product within the Nortel
Voice and Data Portfolio. TAC Centre is an international telecommunications
